Welcome to Davis Park
There are no roads, no vehicles, and no worries. Most people come to Davis Park to get away from it all--whether it's for an evening, a day, a week, or a month, Davis Park has everything you need. There's only the bare minimum here: no frills, no fuss.
The beach itself is run by the Town of Brookhaven, providing lifeguards during the summer on the central beach area. There is no separate entry fee for the beach, and the walk from the ferry to the beach is under three minutes. Rules for this beach are much less stringent than others on Fire Island: patrons are welcome to bring food, drinks (non-alcoholic), games, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and anything else required to make your day enjoyable. You can even leash up your dogs and bring them along for a day of beach fun!
Please note: Town ordinance prohibits the use of bicycles, scooters, and skateboards on all boardwalks in davis park

Casino Cafe restaurant
& Casino Bar
No, you can't gamble at this Casino. Instead, come enjoy the original oceanfront restaurant on Fire Island. With great views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Great South Bay, there are no bad seats. The Casino Cafe serves weekly dinner specials and has an outdoor patio facing the ocean to enjoy your meal listening to the ocean waves. On the other side, the Casino Bar features live music every weekend as well as parties and a walk-up bar. They also serve lunch from their snack bar that features crab avocado quesadillas, fish tacos, pulled pork sandwiches, and even personal pizzas.
